If you are involved in network marketing then, you are already aware of the importance of goal setting. You have to envision where you are going next in your life and your business. In the beginning, everyone is excited. You just got your new distributor pack and you want to start as soon as possible. You have set-up your goals for a month and decided which car you will be driving in the next few years. Then you continue doing that for a few months. You start making a relatively good progress. You sign up a couple of people and you are more dedicated and positive than ever. Everything is fine until a massive storm comes your way.
Rejection from your closest friends and family crushes you. As a result, you suddenly forget about your goals and you stop writing them down every week. But you should remember that it important is to keep hold of your goals. Create the picture of everything what you want to achieve and look at it every day. It's easy to forget about your goals and everything that you dreamed of when the things are not going as planned and you are feeling unmotivated.
Take your mind to a journey when you're driving this dream car or when you are buying that dream house. As described in many inspirational books, visualisation is very powerful as it will convince your mind to start working towards your dreams. Sooner or later, you will see yourself achieving every one of them.
If you want to give up your day job then just pretend that you are talking to your boss and handing over your resignation letter. That might sound ridiculous at first but after a while you will see that your subconscious mind has already started taking action towards this goal. Maybe your wife or husband will be laughing at you but then think about excitement and the feeling he or she will have after you achieve your dreams. Visualise it before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up. After a while, your brain will have a clear vision of what you want. Moreover, think about this goal when people will say no to you because every single no will get you closer to a yes. With every no, your visualisation will be much stronger and the rejection will be just part of the job. Your subconscious mind reflects everything in your thoughts and if you don't believe that you can, then it won't happen.
